Policy
FACULTY COMPENSATION
Navarro College will maintain a faculty compensation schedule to provide faculty with equitable salary with consideration for education and experience. Experience greater than 16 years will be considered at the discretion of the District President for salary purposes.
ADMINISTRATOR COMPENSATION
Navarro College will maintain salary ranges for administrators.
STAFF COMPENSATION
Navarro College will maintain a compensation schedule for staff.
